All content available through the platform, including course materials, visual assets, text, software tools, and session recordings, is the exclusive property of Kelposandu or its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.
5.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not permit redistribution, reproduction, or modification of any platform content.

Any content you submit or share on the platform remains your property. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and process that content as necessary to operate and improve our services.
6. Payments and Billing
6.1 Fees

6.2 Refunds

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Existing subscriptions or confirmed service packages will not be affected until the current term concludes. We will provide reasonable notice of any price changes.
7. Mentorship Sessions
Sessions are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance through the platform. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made within the timeframe specified in your service agreement. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in session forfeiture. Mentors are independent contributors and their guidance constitutes professional opinion, not guaranteed outcomes.
8. Disclaimers
The platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content provided through the platform, including mentor guidance.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kelposandu and its affiliates, employees, mentors, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Third-Party Services
The platform may include links to or integrations with third-party tools, websites, or services. We do not endorse or control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies.
